Off season boys soccer strength training begins January 14th – be there!

Boys Soccer Players – Grades 7 -12

“Championships are won in the off season”.  Under the direction of Coach Derr, Etown HS strength coach, the boys soccer program will begin its off season strength and agility program on January 14th and 15th from 3-4pm.  These first two days will introduce the program and lift techniques.  The winter program will officially begin after the high school finals (and MLK holiday) on January 23rd and run every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 3-4pm.  The program will vary to keep it interesting and fun while gaining strength and speed.  When the small gym is available we will train on touches.  Now is the time to invest in the program’s future by demonstrating commitment to your fellow soccer brothers and coaches.   No excuses!
