Here is Week One of Coach Derr’s Soccer Workout.  Each week we will post the workout progression.  Having the privilege to play for Etown’s boys soccer program requires a commitment to fitness and self discipline to individually work on your ball skills.  Championships are won in the off season!  Varsity Fitness Goal:  1 mile = 6 minutes
