Parents: Make your son drink 64oz of water tonight…he must be hydrated for tomorrow’s hot game

The coaching staff request that players drink at least 64oz of water this evening (doesn’t have to be all at once!!) to hydrate their body.  To avoid heat exhaustion during a tough “every other day” game schedule the boys must hydrate.  In addition, remind them to eat a good lunch and continue to drink throughout the day before the game.  Water bottles are permitted in classrooms.
