Off season strength training begins January 8th from 3pm – 4pm.  Come ready to get strong and hold your fellow soccer brothers accountable for off season training!!!  Under the direction of Coach Derr, we will work out Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 3pm-4pm.   No excuses….what we do in the off season makes a difference in the Fall.  See Coach Sostack with questions.
