Tonight we continue our participation in Quad Camp that will end on Thursday evening – boys are reminded to hydrate during the day and bring a water container. In addition, ALL boys are strongly encouraged to use the “SUMMER WORKOUT PLAN” – a six week plan to gain fitness and strength designed by Coach Andy Derr. Look for the tab in the home menu for each weeks workout. Lastly, boys participating in the senior high Millersville Team Camp (8/1-8/4) are reminded to send in their registration with payment.
