Are you in shape BEFORE preseason? On this website is a posted fitness program (see tabs). We STRONGLY encourage daily running as well as participating in team fitness runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings leaving the Tennis Courts at 7:30pm. Seniors will be hosting these runs to get the team fit. Can you do a six minute mile? Can you juggle the ball 100 times using BOTH feet? Senior High team tryouts start August 16th with fitness as part of the overall evaluation.
