No Excuses, commit to becoming a strong and fast soccer player dedicated to winning a championship!! Weight Training under the supervision of Coach Derr will begin this coming Monday, January 10th, from 3-4:15pm. Lifting will take place Monday, Wednesday, Fridays each week. You must be fully committed to make the program work – hold your fellow soccer brothers accountable. Coach Derr will be designing a dynamic program that will be challenging.
