Uniform turn in will be this Friday (31st) immediately after school. All high school players should report to the equipment room with their full uniform (blue jersey, white jersey, blue shorts, white shorts, sweats). Goal is to get players in and out as quickly as possible.
Reminder to please bring payment for the end of season banquet with you to uniform turn in. Checks can be made out to the “Big E Booster Club”. Senior players are paid for. If you are unable to provide a check by this time, please reach out to Michelle Henry (contact on sign-up form) for additional payment methods. Practice has been moved up an hour to 5:30-7:30pm today. It will now take place on Jane Hoover instead of Thompson. This will be the final practice of the season. See you there!

Chicken BBQ Update: Reminder that Chicken BBQ pickup will be from 3:30-6:30pm on Wednesday (Oct. 1st) in the Middle School pick up/drop off circle. This is a fundraiser that we ask all freshman players to be present for to help out at. They will be excused from practice for the day. We are also asking for some additional parents to volunteer as well, with the intention of splitting into two shifts, one shift taking place from 3:30-5:00pm and the other taking place from 5:00-6:30pm. If parents could also bring a few extra tables along with them to help distribute the meals that would be great! Please contact Todd McCoy (717-454-9248) as soon as possible if you are able to help. Thank you Todd and Jen for overseeing this fundraiser and thank you to everyone else able to help out and sell meals this year!
Senior Night Update: Senior night is taking place tomorrow night for our 7pm game at Thompson Stadium. The plan is to take senior photos at 6:50pm right before the start of the game, as the photographer will be coming from the Volleyball Senior Night as well. Parents can plan to meet on the track behind the team benches prior to walking out.

Quick updates. First, our Chicken BBQ tickets have been given to all High School and Junior High players. Please help to sell those by Sept. 17th. This is a big fundraiser that goes a long way for the program, so thank you all for your help in spreading the word and selling tickets! For more information, please see the attached handout. You can reach out to Todd/Jen McCoy for any additional questions. Thank you both for taking the lead on this fundraiser this year!

We still need shifts covered for the concession stand! Reminder that we are asking every high school family to cover two shifts.
The Concession stand is our biggest money maker and it takes everyone’s help to make it run effectively and smoothly! We also need more hot food donations for games and a few spots on the donation list are still open as well. If you haven’t signed up yet, please check out the sign up genius links for each one.
