Bucknell Team Camp Commitment Request for Senior High Players

Parents and Players,

Please respond by March 13th

The upcoming seniors have selected to return to Bucknell Team Camp for our summer training.  The team camp is from July 10th – 13th (Session One).  To confirm our reservation the coaching staff request that players return the paper deposit form to Coach Sostack with the required $100 deposit.  The total camp cost is $475 for a returning team.  To avoid a computer registration surcharge online, the team is requested to bring the check deposit. payable to Brendan Nash. and completed registration form DIRECTLY to Coach Sostack.  We will report back on the total number of interested participants before mailing the registrations to Bucknell.  The camp provides senior level players with formation training and objectives set by Coach Sostack and directed by a selected college coach.  We have one team reservation so we have limited spaces with returning varsity players receiving priority.  Please email to make inquiries for younger players to

Fundraising for team camp will be released soon.  We are exploring the option of having players reach out for family/friend sponsorship or conducting a sponsored challenge.  If you have creative ideas that have a financial impact please contact Coach Sostack.

Parents and Players,

The following are key dates for summer training opportunities that may assist you when planning summer vacations, etc.  We anticipate being a very young team next season so it’s vital that we train hard to remain competitive in the LL League.  We will be releasing sign up information very soon meanwhile please “Save the Dates” The coaching staff truly appreciate you support.  Please note that we will be offering summer pick up twice a week at the turf as well as recommended fitness training.  Since we will be inexperienced we may be offering a return to summer league play if there is sufficient interest. Go Bears.  Keep ETOWN BOYS SOCCER ON THE MAP!!

Outstanding opportunity to receive direct instruction from local area college coaches who will implement training designed by Coach Sostack.  Evening sessions only – 5:45pm to 8:30pm.  This is an inexpensive camp designed to work on developing individual skills as well as an introduction to the formation play adopted by the boys soccer program.  Highly encourage ALL players grades 7-12 to participate (upcoming 6th graders are included).  We play nightly games against our team camp partners:  Hempfield HS, Manheim Central, and Penn Manor.

This camp has been an Etown tradition for several years in which the team is coached by a selected college coach (coordinated with Coach Sostack.)  Highly competitive with extensive training on individual skills and team formation play.  Senior high players are given first priority however if there is sufficient interest in upcoming 9th grade or underclassmen we may consider a second squad.  Due to the expense of this camp we will be offering the boys and opportunity to fundraise in Spring (and maybe summer).  Our upcoming senior boys have decided that this camp is the best for our training needs.
